Kenneth Kalani Brown, 59, of Hilo died Nov. 6 at Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. He was born in Honolulu. Services at a later date. Glennis Sayers Clements, 94, of Captain Cook died Nov. 18 at home. Born in Wichita, Kan., she was a graphic arts illustrator, commercial sign painter, civilian employee at the former Castle Air Force Base in Atwater, Calif., member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and attended the University of Southern California Arts Center School. Visitation 8:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 26) at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Keei Ward in Keei. Funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at All Saints Cemetery in Keei. Louis “Louie” Robert Santiago, 77, of Hilo died Oct. 31 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired superintendent of Shop 38 at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, rancher, meat processor, owned Pecos River Cafe and other nightclubs, Gamemaster gaming business, introduced Hawaii to electronic dart leagues and was a member of New Hope-Hilo Church.
